Subscription, Payment and Refund Policy
1. Seller and payment
Paid plans are sold and payments are collected by Lemon Squeezy LLC as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy e-mails your invoice/receipt; applicable VAT or sales tax is shown at checkout. Your card details never reach Tezgâh.
2. Subscription and renewal
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Price changes are announced before the next period.
3. Changing plans
Upgrades take effect immediately and may be prorated by Lemon Squeezy. Downgrades take effect at the next period; data above the new plan's limits is kept but new items cannot be added.
4. Cancellation
Cancel any time from Plans → Manage subscription (Lemon Squeezy customer portal). You keep paid features until the end of the paid period, after which your account moves to the Free plan; your data is not deleted.
5. Refunds
- If the service does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the first payment of a new subscription, no questions asked.
- Renewal payments, used periods and partial months are not refunded; the subscription is cancelled and ends at the end of the period.
- If a technical problem prevented you from using the service for a significant time, contact support; we may offer a partial refund or an extension.
- No refunds are given for accounts closed for abuse or breach of the Terms.
To request a refund, write to [contact e-mail] with your subscription e-mail and order number, or open a support ticket (category: Billing and plan). Approved refunds are returned via Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Right of withdrawal
Tezgâh is a digital service performed immediately online. Where the law allows, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun with your consent; the 14-day refund above is offered in addition.
7. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Lemon Squeezy retries for a period; if it still fails the subscription ends and the account moves to the Free plan.
